Now, with simple spoken commands, you can handle all your essential banking needs from any phone, anywhere, at anytime. Of course, you can still use the touch-tones on your telephone keypad if you wish.

ITS AS EASY AS A-B-C!

Dial the Phonebank telephone number (1-888-262-8318) from any phone. After a brief introduction you will be presented with a list of options. These options allow you to get your balance and account history on your Checking, Savings, CD, IRA, and Loan accounts. You may also transfer money between your accounts and even have a statement of your transactions faxed to your fax machine.

The first time you call Phonebank you will be prompted to set up a PIN. Your beginning PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number. You will need to change the PIN to another 4-digit number, the last four digits of your social security number and 0000 will NOT be acceptable as your new PIN.

For example, to get your checking account balance, simply:

A.	Dial the Phonebank telephone number (1-888-262-8318). After the introduction you can select Account Information by saying "Account Information" or by pressing "1" on the telephone key pad.
B.	Next, select Checking by saying "Checking" or pressing "1" on the keypad.
C.	Enter your account number and PIN by simply speaking them into the telephone, or enter your account number and PIN on the keypad. You will hear your account balance followed by some additional options.

Pressing the * key or saying "Cancel" returns you to the previous menu.

Pressing the # key or saying "Main Menu" takes you to the main menu.

	7, 8 & 9	When listening to transaction history, you can say "Previous," or "Repeat," or "Next" to play the previous transaction, repeat the current transaction or skip to the next transaction, or press 7, 8 or 9 respectively.
	Help	You can say *"Instructions" at any time for a tutorial on how to use the system. Saying "Help"* will give you helpful information on the function you are currently trying to perform.
